Seven regional business-education partnerships have joined together to form the Eastern Pennsylvania Network for Education and Workforce (EP NEW), and Precision Design assisted the newly formed group in its brand identity campaign.
EP NEW will allow each independent member partnership to share ideas, practices and resources with the others. The group will use its combined strength to reach a broader coverage area, spreading the message about business-education partnerships and their many benefits.
Through its seven partners, EP NEW reaches nine counties and more than 70 school districts and career/technical schools. Member organizations have already shared ideas such as events, programs and ways to use the Internet as they seek to bring students and businesses together.
Members of EP NEW are Berks Business Education Coalition, Business Education Partnership of Monroe County, Carbon County Business/Education Partnership, Greater Hazleton Partners in Education, Lehigh Valley Business/Education Partnership, Skills in Scranton and Workforce Wayne: Pike/Wayne Business Education Partnership.
Businesses and the education community alike will benefit from the new organization. Business leaders are able to get involved in the education of their future employees by contributing information and ideas relevant to today’s business and industry topics, while students learn more about what skills and education are necessary for their career choices.
The newly formed group looked to Precision Design for guidance and development of its brand identity and marketing materials. During creative meetings, the Precision Design staff first worked to develop the group’s name to succinctly reflect the location and function of the group.
Next, Precision Design created a modern logo that represents the group’s mission to foster dialogue between education and the private sector. Agency staff then worked with all seven partners to develop a marketing book that incorporates features on each partner, along with EP NEW’s logo and goals, using compelling imagery.
Precision Design also designed marketing materials such as business cards and letterhead/envelopes and announced the group’s formation to all regional media through a press release. |
